Welding Treatments and Inspection

Heat treatment before, during, and after welding:

We perform stress relieving, dehydrogenation, and preheating heat treatment. This is carried out with the following equipment:

Mobile unit with a 65kVA transformer with the possibility of connecting 48 resistors of 30V simultaneously or 24 resistors of 60V simultaneously;
Mobile unit that can be connected to the power grid, and the output voltage is the same as the input voltage with the possibility of connecting 144 resistors of 30V simultaneously or 72 resistors of 60V simultaneously;
The mobile units are placed in vehicles, so we can go anywhere to perform heat treatment;
400 electric resistors of different sizes and powers;
Electronic programmers;
Electronic recorders;
Maximum heating temperature up to 1300°C;
1 generator of 200 kVA;
